Topic: womanhood

Lately I've been considering the literal cost of being a woman. All the things I spend money on simply for existing as a woman, along with the "pink tax" (the jump in price when a product is specifically targeted towards women). The easiest products to name are period products (pads, tampons, menstrual cups, etc), bras, and self-defense (classes, mace, stabby keychains, etc). These are just the basics. I could easily add any purchases that have to do with appearance: cosmetics, hair products,...
