View moreAs far as I can tell, the main problems are these: 1) We say this is a Findom site, because that is what it was set up to be, and the name of the site itself indicated this was the case. Since the 'Findoms' site name was sold, and the name was changed to 'Royaldoms' there is nothing in the title to indicate this is a Findom site. Nor does anything on the homepage. Therefore it is likely harder for Finsubs to find it now. 2) I suspect the problem with the number of quality subs is not the ratio of quality subs to timewasters but just that there are less subs overall. If, you have a 1,000 subs, but only 10% of them are quality subs, you still have 100 quality subs. If there are only 100 subs, at the same ratio, you only have 10 that are quality. There have always been lots of timewasters, but the overall numbers are down. Again, this is likely due to the fact that the site is less easy to find as a Findom site now due to the name change. Plus, since platforms like X came along there are plenty of other places subs interact with Findoms. 3) Complaining that the site isn't as good as it used to be, or that there is a lack of quality subs now won't change that reality. So called 'subs' who are not inclined to tribute are not going to be any more inclined to tribute just because of complaints that they don't. However, being negative about the site will not make the site appealing to either Dommes or subs who are stumbling upon the site for the first time. Saying there are no good subs here, doesn't contribute to a good first impression of the place for any newly joining Dommes, and subs follow where Dommes go. Less Dommes, less subs. What can be done to change any of this? 1) I have tried to increase engagement with the Chatroom with my monthly Human ATM meets, as an active chatroom can show anyone visiting the site for the first time that there is an active community. Whilst that has worked well, due to my not having an inexhaustible supply of cash I can only do this one evening a month. But there is nothing to stop Dommes, or other subs, announcing meet ups in the Chatroom at other times which do not necessarily involve tribute, so that the meet ups and an active chatroom is more frequent. Say, one at a set time midweek and another at the weekend every week. 2) Another thought is that people could advertise the site on Platforms like X via their X bio, or a pinned post at the top of their feed in such places. There is no magic bullet. Only the site owner can make actual changes to the site, such as giving the site a name that indicates it is a Findom site, or making changes to the homepage to make this more obvious. Also, given much Findom is now conducted via other platforms such as X or clip sites, it is unlikely the site will ever regain the popularity it once enjoyed. All subs, quality or otherwise, follow where Dommes go. If there are not many Dommes here, there won't be many subs here. In truth, many of the Dommes who stay around the site are those who have been here before the name change. The main point I think I want to get across is that whilst the site will likely never regain its former popularity, complaining about it and being negative about it solves nothing. Aside from the site owner, the only people who can contribute to making this place work are those of us who are already here and those who may join in the future. We can only advertise the site, be positive about it, and come up with initiatives that might help drive engagement. Anyone who feels so negative about the site that they feel it is a waste of their time are probably in the wrong place. I never waste my time because I only have one life and there is no time to waste. If I felt I was wasting my time here I would be gone.

Out of surgery. In some pain, but I'm a strong Goddess and will get through it. Next step, chemo, or radiation. Will find out in a couple weeks Sends would help ease the pain. Make me smile.
