"Sugar Babies"

As most of you will be aware, the sugar daddy/baby lifestyle is one that exists where a wealthy man (usually) bestows gifts and money upon a young lady (usually) in exchange for her affections.
I believe the sugar daddy/baby scenario to have no place in the world of findoms. I feel they are quite toxic relationships where the female becomes reliant on her "sugar daddy" to fund her lifestyle which, to me, leaves her to be the submissive in the relationship.

It would seem that some "findoms" cannot tell the difference between a sugar daddy and a financial sub however, as more and more I am seeing "WANTED: paypigs and sugar daddies to spoil me etc etc etc." How does that work?!



Now far be it from me to be full of judgment, sure the sugar daddy thing is not and definitely will NEVER be for me, but if it is your cup of tea and you enjoy it, good on you and good luck! But... I find it difficult to digest that there are some ladies who genuinely believe themselves to be findoms actively looking for sugar daddies. Some are even advertising sexual services that goes beyond real time domination sessions and starts to tread on the territory of escorting. I don't judge any of these activities, consenting adults are free to do as they please, and I myself have offered real time sessions to slaves that have proved themselves worthy online. But what bothers me is that it reeks of desperation for money when ladies are casting their net so wide with the clear lack of understanding for certain fetishes, and makes me feel that this is one of the issues that is putting more and more good fin subs off looking online for a findom.

Would you attempt to cook beef wellington from scratch without looking at the recipe? Or perhaps fit a new exhaust to your car without ever reading a mechanics guide? No... So what makes that different from throwing yourself into the deep end of a complicated fetish without knowing the first thing about the sexual and emotional elements of financial domination? I can't help but get the feeling these ladies are amateurs in the art of domination if they are calling out to sub's and sugar daddies galore and, with an already poor ratio of dommes to subs, spoiling the chance for Cinderella to find her whippily ever after.

I may be reading far too much into it ofcourse and over thinking the whole situation, and as always I would like to point out that these are my opinions and by no means do you have to take them as fact. What some people need to realise is that, despite it's importance, money is not the only factor in being a findom and some effort is involved on the side of the dominant. Results are never instant, and if you don't have the patience to become known and trusted within the community, jumping from one fetish to another in search of cash will likely ruin any sort of reputation you are attempting to build.
