This will be brief, but I figured it needed a whole blog post instead of a simple status. And it is something that I just need to get out, both in rant and maybe to inform newer Dommes just starting out in this kink niche.
Stop. Using. "Need." In. Your. Posts.
In financial domination, you do not need a sub's money. No one needs it. And well, if you're into findom as your only source of income and aren't making enough of a fluid, substantial profit from month to month, you do need a job of your own to work. It's the fact of things. Financial Dommes want that money. Dommes shouldn't be expected to spend a single cent of money, even if they've worked to get it, because it is their subs that should be pav(y)ing the way of their indulgent lives. "Need" sounds desperate, and is an instant turn-off to subs. Need is a word that begs in itself. Subs need you. My own pets need Me to thrive, to function, to feel pleasure and achieve release if I so will it. I will never need anything from them, as they are easily replaceable if they do not fit the bill and continue to pull their weight. I could easily find other subs to need Me to exist in replacement. It is never the other way around. The only time I can use the word is when I say that, "in order to maintain a healthy and sustainable D/s connection and relationship, I need honesty and communication," but that can easily be replaced with "require."
Subs need you.
You do not need them.
You are a powerful woman, born to keep betas and losers everywhere on their knees and at the ready to convenience and spoil you how you wish. My subs will never see Me cowtow to them. My/your way, or the highway, as the old adage goes.
