Sure, there's more where that came from, but that's not what matters.
What matters is the smile that stays on his face the entire time he's driving to the bank, imaging the weight leaving his hands and being transferred into Her French-tip Manicured Fingers, knowing he can't just get this amount out of an ATM. This is a commitment, walking inside the building, wondering what they're thinking he's buying with that many hundreds, as they arch an eyebrow, scan his outfit for signs of impropriety, and politely bite back a comment, not to mention being handed an envelope too big to stuff in your pants pocket comfortably. This act says, "it is going out of the way of the daily routine it currently keeps, simply for the pleasure of Miss MokZ."
Or is it? Isn't this the life it leads, now? Isn't this the most important routine of all, being of-service?
The bills are crisp, grainy; they sound sticky when She counts them - the sound of that paper between Her perfect fingers drives him crazy every time, like those fingernails are scraping over the soft parts of his soul. The nudity, the kneeling - nothing is as real as seeing it happen, hearing the bills flicking quickly as She starts over, wondering what it could possibly give to have Her lick Her fingers and touch the flesh it inhabits like She does those greenbacks. Bluebacks, actually... and a few purple, for color, at Her request. The tribute had to always end in a '50' - something about the time She was born. A lot of numerology went into Her justifications for decisions - but that's not what matters.
What matters is She is making decisions, giving orders. The job it has been allowed to create satisfaction by doing involves: (1) following with enthusiasm and (2) emphasis on exceptional service. Exceptional service naturally follows emphatic obedience, which creates a self-reinforcing cycle. Obedience is met with reward - a smile, a caress, a concession carefully crafted from Her own desires - which, in turn, stimulates more enthusiasm.
...and THAT is what matters.
