Cash Verified Slaves
So aside from fetish websites such as this, I'm on a few different social media sites as a findomme and (mainly) on social media, I hear alot of dommes complaining about poaching.
Now I can totally understandable why a dom/me would be unhappy, if her sub made it clear on his profile as well as advertising to others that he is owned, when another domme comes along
Knowing full well he is owned and demands this sub serve her instead. That's bad etiquette apart from being disrespectful and literally stirring the shit pot.
But what about when subs arn't clear about ownership?
Time and time again I see ladies flipping out with big public displays, naming and shaming, because their sub has approached another domme and she has accepted tribute without him making it clear he is owned. Is that the dommes fault? Apparently so... "she should have asked him if he was owned before accepting tribute, therefore it's her fault!"
I don't agree. Why are subs being molly coddled by their owners and being allowed go get off Scott free whilst the other domme is getting verbal backlash? What sort of example is that to set to our subs? "I'm going to take your side and blame the domme because I don't want to lose your tributes"...
The buck should not stop with the domme to ask if the sub is owned if he approaches her first. I automatically assume all subs who contact me are unowned and aside from checking their profile for obvious signs of ownership, I don't ask. Why should I waste my time? A dommes time is precious, it is down to the sub to a. Announce he is owned, b. Not be contacting other dommes if he is owned (unless his owner allows this) and c. Take responsibility for his actions.
If your sub is disloyal, it is him who has betrayed you. No one forced him to tribute or serve another, he made that choice and he should be the one to take the blame. Don't be afraid to disown subs if they're not following the guidelines set out when you both agreed to have him serve you. Once he knows he can get away with disloyalty, he will do it again and again.
Aside from this, big public arguments on social media NEVER look good. Don't show yourself in such an unprofessional light. If another dom/me rubs you up the wrong way, ignore, block and move on. The genuine subs much prefer a drama free dom/me in my experience.
So... Now the question... What are your thoughts? Poaching... Who's fault is it?
