I apologise if this has already been covered, but I see so many new dommes getting tricked by the same old scams, I thought I would list a few to look out for.
1. Amazon wishlist
So many timewasters have used the Amazon wishlist scam time and time again to dupe dommes into giving them free sessions. What happens here is that the "sub" will purchase something from your wishlist, screen shot the check out page and send it to you befor cancelling the order. You don't get any notification to say the orders been cancelled and when you don't really receive the item you were promised, it will be too late. Alot of dommes, including myself, will not accept Amazon wishlist purchases as tributes due to this fact. If you do wish to accept them, inform the sub you will not provide any form of service including sessions until you have the item in your hands.
2. Payday
The old "I'll tribute on payday". Most subs will know not to bother you unless they have their tribute ready to give to you. However, some will make promises of next week, next month etc. Again, don't provide and service or discuss anythinf explicit until you have the tribute in your hand/account. Tell them to come back on payday.
3. PayPal
As well as being massively risky in terms of having your account closed and your funds confiscated if your found to be using PayPal for adult related services, PayPal is another way to get scammed. If a sub sends a you a tribute for "goods/services" he can claim that money back at any time by staying you did not deliver what he paid for. Avoid PayPal completely, there are loads of great alternatives!
I encourage other dommes to provide information on known scams and tricks in the comments (please don't name names or point fingers) as it's always helpful to know how you can avoid having your time wasted.
