View moreI have had submissive feelings from an early age, though whether as a result of natural inclination, formative experiences or both I cannot be sure. I have plenty of real-time as well as online experiences with female domination and I have a genuine love of serving and pleasing women who interest me. Whilst my submissive side and my fetishes are important to me, I am easily bored by interactions with Dominant women who look for nothing more than that. My favourite Dommes are those whom I am not only physcially attracted to, but who also enjoy intelligent conversation about a myriad of other topics, who have a sense of humour, who genuinely enjoy my company, whether that be online or in person and whom I personally feel a connection to.
Some artists who have made music I enjoy (in alphabetical order):
Alice in Chains, Tori Amos, Audioslave, Black Sabbath, Dinosaur Jr., Fear Factory, P J Harvey, Joy Division, Led Zeppelin, Levellers, Mad Season, My Bloody Valentine, New Order, Nine Inch Nails, Nirvana, Pantera, Pavement, Pearl Jam, Pixies, Queens of the Stone Age, Red Hot Chili Peppers, R.E.M, Screaming Trees, Sepultura, Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Temple of the Dog, Neil Young, Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
My favourite films include (in alphabetical order):
Alien (1979), Aliens (1986), Amadeus (1984), Bad Timing (1980), Barry Lyndon (1975), Blade Runner (1984), The Company of Wolves (1984), Dr Strangelove (1964), The Go-Between (1971), Lost in Translation (2003), Master and Commander: Far Side of the World (2003), Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975), Tess (1979), Twelve Monkeys (1995), Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992), Zero Dark Thirty (2012).
Some authors whose works I have particularly enjoyed include:
Douglas Adams, Charles Dickens, Philip K Dick, Thomas Hardy, Terry Pratchett and Evelyn Waugh.
Other Interests:
History:
I have a keen interest in history, though as an Englishman I find my primary interest is in the history of the British Isles and it's people, even more particularly in relation to events, people and practices with its borders (as opposed to Britain's impact on the rest of the world), though, to a lesser extent, I also enjoy wider British history and more general world history, particularly where it pertains to some of the great civilisations of the past.
I also have an interest in politics and science
My atheist view of religion:
I am generally opposed to religion and the worship of any deities, because I believe they at best encourage illogical, unscientific and therefore ignorant beliefs and at worst are used as a justification for evil practices. The more oppressive a religion is, or the more it claims a special status for itself within society, the more I am opposed to it. I believe religions are no more deserving of respect than ideologies such as fascism or communism which do not base themselves around a belief in the existence of, or the need to worship, an unproven deity or deities for which there is no scientific justification.
