Initially I would say it is looks. I would then say it would be attitude and then intelligence. The reason I rank them like that is because I have known some very smart and pretty dommes who had real bad attitudes and it is a complete turn off.
I see it as a combination of looks and attitude. But "attitude" means to me a manner of being, not just having a bad attitude.
Absolutely attitude. If her dominance matches my submission it’s a perfect union doesn’t matter what she looks like because she’s my Goddess and superior I’m not gonna have sex with her anyways
