Preferred Chatroom ATM event times (Dommes Only)

For Dommes who participate in, or would like to participate in, my Chatroom Human ATM Events (See my blogs for explanation) - which of these times suit you best for these events to be held?
I have in the past always done these at 7pm EST on a Sunday. My reasoning being that Dommes with conventional jobs are most likely to work Monday to Friday, or Saturdays in some service industry jobs, so 7pm EST on a Sunday works well as a time range in terms of everyone being post-lunch across North America, where most Dommes on the site are from. However, I am also aware that being midnight in the UK, and later in continental Europe, this isn't great for those on my side of the Atlantic. So I am trying to see if there is a time that works better for most people.
