Who do you think should be the first to bring up tributes, dommes or subs?

I took "Either." A domme can demand a first tribute, a sub can offer one. As a sub, it is best if the domme knows me well enough to understand which approach will weaken me the fastest.
I say it is not either simply because a domme will always be receiving multiple subs approaching her at at a time. The way I see it most Dommes have public information on which tributes they accept and where they may be sent, so rightfully I am not going to hunt down any, better yet if a sub has an interest in Me and/or a Domme in general do your research boys.
