How important is a dommes screen name to you boys in order for you to take her seriously? Please elaborate on your answer in the comment section.

My opinion is all dommes are entitled to refer to themselves as they wish. So what I think I do or do not like doesn't matter.

As long as it isn't denoting a lack of class or dominance (such as 'Big Jugs Whore Girl' or something like that) then it isn't overly important. It helps if it's memorable. If you call yourself Goddess1647ah I may struggle to locate you again.
