Mistress Pauley and I have been to 4 DomCons and we are thinking of branching out. Does anyone know about good convertions to go to?

There are so many good ones, I would recommend that you find a city you would like to visit, and find out if they, or a nearby city has a kink convention. For example, I have not been to Texas yet, but when I go in a year or two, you can bet I will spend a weekend at a kinky convention with my tribe. In addition to the usual tourist traps :)
