Moral dilemma

I've recently been getting to know a potential sub whom is married with a family. He has advised me that he is wanting to serve but in doing so he will also want to divorce his wife. When he said this I was thinking "yeah right!" I mean alot of slaves have the homewrecking fantasy but would never follow through with it. After speaking to him further, I get the impression that this is more than just a sexual fantasy and is something of a deep issue for him. I'm unsure on how to proceed. Should I just back off and leave him to do whatever he is going to do? Should I advise him to seek family councilling? Personally, although I'm happy to play homewrecking fantasies, I'm not interested in genuinely breaking up families just for a tribute. He's not actively serving me, but I'm not sure I should allow him to serve me if he has problems at home that first need addressing. What would your advice be?
