First, I will answer a question that many have asked....why do I do this? Very simply, because it fulfills a need that I have. My time as a RT Domme ended when My personal life responsibilities changed (children, relationships, etc), and continuing in an online capacity allowed Me to still do what I needed in My personal life and fulfill My own needs. Now that My situation is again one that allows Me to indulge in those things that fulfill Me in RT, I choose to continue with online situations, as I require more discretion then I did in previous years, and allows Me to better weed out those who are insincere in their service. I am actively seeking one who will be able to serve in RT.
As for how this all works....open communication is key. I utilize Google Docs for My tasks sheets and calendars. It is a wonderful tool that allows both the Domme, and the submissive, to see schedules, tasks and make changes as necessary...even as they are being done, if both parties are online at the same time. I send over a blank weekly calendar, the sub fills in all recurring items per each hour of each day, such as work, lunch breaks, gym time, (gf visits if that applies) and allows them to fill in other activities they have for that week. I then go in and add my assigned tasks (morning & evening rituals, check in times, weekly tributes, time set aside for assignments, different task throughout the day, etc...) Again, communication is key to making this work. I have no problem if a sub has a question or concern...I encourage them to speak openly. That does not mean they will always get the changes they ask for, lol, but I am reasonable.
Email....I strongly encourage all check ins and pics to be sent via email. This allows Me to be able to go back and review as My time allows. Opposed to what some may think, Ms Laura does have a very busy professional life, and no, Findom is not it. Balancing various submissives' needs is something that takes organization and follow through. Which is why I want it done by email.
Skype is a wonderful tool that I utilize daily. It is a great way to communicate with your submissive, but does not replace the emails that I require. It is also a way to make the experience for the submissive that much more personal, and a way for Me to verify they are doing as instructed. Yes, Ms Laura does do sessions on occasion for those who wish to tribute for such. Time = $$$ That is just a fact.
Which brings Me to the big question....tributes. Yes, I DO require tributes from My submissives. It is not only an act of sincerity, but a display of obedience like every other tasks. Tribute amounts vary from situation to situation. As I stated, I am not unreasonable. I have no desire to bankrupt or ruin any of My submissives. What purpose would that serve? I prefer consistency and longevity over instant gratification. (another good life lesson utilizing orgasm control lol)
If you desire to be considered into service with Ms Laura, I have 3 requirements. Those are listed on all of My blogs. If you just wish to serve financially...that is fine too. I accept tributes via CirclePay, Google Wallet and GreenDot, as well as Amazon GC if those options are not available to you. My wishlist is also listed on all of My profiles.
