Christmas is for Domme's too.

Is christmas the same for you Miss? That is the question that I am asked a lot this time of year. Now take aside the fact that christmas is about family, friends and showing people what they mean to you, then yes christmas still means a lot to me. Yes, I know that I get gifts regularly throughout the year and I am always struggling with what I want for birthdays' etc but that does not mean that I don't love this time of year. I love how everyone tries so hard to find thoughtful gifts that will make me smile. For me it is not always about the most expensive but the throw away comment I made months ago that you remembered and got me just to make me happy.

Personally I find that it is a time when subs more often ask me what I want. Rather than what they want to get me. Now don't get me wrong I am always grateful for all of my gifts but sometimes I just want something practical or some new books to enjoy. I am sure that I am not alone on that one Ladies. Sometimes you would just rather have something that you dare I say it NEED. Now that is a whole other blog hehe.

Another reason that I love christmas is the special feeling that everyone has, that spirit. When we want to make others happy and show people that we care. I even try and do something nice for my boys at this time of year just to let them know that I appreciate them too. Not that I don't do that all year but at this time of year I might send them a christmas card if I have their address.

So for all you that are wondering then yes we love christmas as much as anyone else. Oh and all the gifts at once really does get exciting. I keep all of mine and open them up on boxing day so that I have something to look forward to. It also means that I have time to spend with my boys and thank them for my gifts.
