I hear so many times that I would love to play with a partner but I can't buy those expensive toys I see online or at a store. Well Let me tell you something, some of my favorite stores to get everyday toys are Home Depot, the Dollar Store, Lowes, Bed Bath and Beyond etc.
When I am shopping I like to think kink! For instance, look around your kitchen. You have spoons to eat right? How about putting one in the freezer and using it as a cold torture device. Do you own a spatula or a wooden spoon? They make great spanking tools. Bed Bath and Beyond as well as walmart sell bath brushes. I lost count how many of these I have split in half spanking a willing ass making it red. Rubber Bands! Enough said. They make great marks and after a little practice can make great branding tools. One of my all time favorite things to use are straws! If you can find a nice sturdy straw, such as the ones from Braums or the hard plastic ones you get with travel cups, you can use it as a great marking tool. Hold the top hole with your thumb then holding it steady with the other hand it makes great circular marks, or you can use it to scrape someone. Speaking of scrape, the dollar store sells tire brushes with handles. These make amazing scrape marks on backs, legs and arms. If you want to get a little more painful, smack someone with one. Yes they really do hurt and it only costs you $1.
I have bought many many items at the dollar store and have left with bags full kinky toys for under $40.

Chip clips( makes great nipple clamps and CBT torture clamps.

Spatualas, wooden spoons, plastic spoons etc
Toothpicks- I love using these on feet and for CBT! Either by poking or by scraping. Its such a sensation and and evil little piece of wood.

Kitchen Timers- Great for time outs. Yes I said Time Outs. Have your sub stand in a corner with his head on the wall. Or kneel on the floor on a mat of uncooked rice. Use the timer to keep track of how long he needs to stay there.

Oh Candles!! There are a variety of candles you can use for wax play but remember the darker the candle the hotter the wax is. I know my store carries what I call the religious candles in the glass. These make AMAZING wax play candles. I have at leas a dozen in my mini dungeon on a shelf. Also white stick candles make great wax play candles.
Plastic Boxes with lids, storage baskets- great things to get to keep all your "toys" organized
If you have wood floors or carpet you love they have cheap floor mats for accent rugs you can use to covers spaces you dont want to get dirty. Which brings me to my next item-
TARPS! For Christmas last year the family I live with bought me 2 extra large tarps to lay down when I am doing wax play, blood play, knife play and heavy whipping or caning. Nobody wants blood on their floor. Tarps make clean up SO easy! You can also Use Drop Cloths to lay down.
Safety pins, thumb tacks, straight pins, sewing kits- for needle play(AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TYPE OF PLAY WITHOUT PROPER TRAINING AND SAFETY LESSONS)
Carbiner clips to use with rope rigging or bondage.
MY ALL TIME #1 FAVORITE ITEM- Duct Tape! I have over 20 different colors and sizes of duct tape. I use this for puppy and kitty play and make mittens. I also use for serious bondage and to tape mouths.
100 pack of clothes pins-great for CBT, nipple play. zipper play, and any other painful torture you can think of to clip them to.
Mini padlocks-( depending on you local store) I use these for chasyity play. They come in a 2 pack and 2 keys
Noise reduction ear muffs-you can use these for sensation play. They really do keep the noise out.
First Aid stuff- I have tons of bandaids, medical tape, nesporin, gauze, alcohol, peroxide, gauze pads and dressing bandages for after care for after hard play.
One thing you should never forget after playing is to CLEAN your toys.
The dollar store has many cleaning items to choose from. Towels, cotton balls, dish soap, Antiseptic wipes, alcohol, lysol wipes, lysol spray. Don't forget to have your sub clean the toys after every use so that germs from the last session don't get transferred to your next victim.
