Ive convinced both roomies its best for them to leave before the year is out. NEW BEGINNINGS. I've been extremely kind in helping both of them in a time of need, but they no longer need me, and have overworn my kind grace.

Nothing got ugly, and in fact MADzaddy and I remain dating. This should be fun.

This is to say i have a whole two bedrooms upstairs empty now.

This is prime location in Jersey city right now so i doubt it would be hard to rent. But i dont know if i'm all too ready for that.

For now i'll just have fun with sluts, working bitches so they can perfect my Dungeon and guestroom.
