fetish versus submission

Sometimes it's difficult to differentiate between a financial fetish and financial submission. I've thought about this off and on through the years.

In my mind, it's more fundamental than the money involved. The money is however much money is used, it's a moving target and different for each person on each day.

There's really only one test that isn't relative, doesn't change and is absolute. This would be orgasm control. If a man orgasms freely, even if the orgasms are manipulated or used for profit, it's in the fetish category. If the orgasms are controlled completely by the Domme, that is the foundation of a submissive lifestyle. Once a man gives up that control, then he is so pliable and so focused the Domme will be pleased with his actions...unless he becomes a whiny orgasm beggar, but that's solvable. Barriers, conflicts, hurdles evaporate when a Domme tunes a sub to Her schedule. This is the most fundamental form of control I can think of, and naturally the money follows to suit the Domme's preferences.
