I am worthy, not for the possessions I hold,

Not for the accolades or praise that rings,

I am worthy, not for the wealth I've garnered,

Not for the titles that follow my name,
But for the battles I've fought, the silent game.

I am worthy, not for the beauty the mirror reflects,
But for the compassion, my soul projects.
Not for my physique, lean and tall,
But for my resilience, rising after every fall.

I am worthy, not for the intellect in my mind,
But for the wisdom and love, to mankind I bind.
Not for my wit, sharp and astute,
But for my patience, in the face of dispute.

I am worthy, not for the fame I've won,
But for the shadows I’ve dispelled, the darkness I've shun.
Not for the glowing limelight that on me beams,
But for my pursuit of truth, my unending dreams.

I am worthy, for my journey and my growth,
For every step I've taken, for every vow I've oath.
