Chore Boy concerns

I have taken great pleasure in being a domme yet I always err on the side of caution. I do not do any meets or sessions or anything of the sort in or around my home. In this day and time there are so many unwell or disingenuous people that will go to extremes in order to trick or screw someone over.

I have finally decided I am ready to allow a sub to be my house boy, to come and clean my house and complete any task I see fit.I live with my boyfriend in a decent sized home but he will be gone for the time of the chores. I adore the idea of not cleaning my house as often but still have many concerns. I worry about someone coming back at a later time to steal or disrupt my home at some point. I worry about theft even though myself and security will be here, along with surveillance. I worry about this person giving out my address to another. I worry about this person becoming a bit too infatuated and spending their free time in my bushes and such lol. The list goes on and on

I wanted to get some input on the situation from those who have been house boys or from those who have allowed subs to come to their home.

1) Did you have the same worries ? How did you settle them?

2) should I request a background check?

3) Should I have documents drawn up and signed before any duties are given?

4) Are there ways in which to prevent the worries from becoming a reality?

5) is there any advice or input for me?
