The short story:

September 15, 2021 marked a 2 year milestone going without release. Thank you, Ms. Pauley Belle.

The longer story:

41 months ago, I signed up for Mistress Pauley's Orgasm Denial Program. I agreed to a few months, then one year and finally 18 months. But at 17 months, I had to release due to medical issues. Under the rules at the time, releasing for any reason restarted the clock. I then agreed to not release for 18 months except for medical reasons with Mistress Pauley's approval. With one medically necessary release, I now have 24 months. The only differecne was that under goal one I was not allowed to release at all. Under goal two, I could release for medical reasons. 

The new goal sets the clock back to the very begining so I have 41 months allowing for 2 medical situations. I now agree to continue to not release for 7 more months which will make 48 months or 4 years without release. 

The rules under Mistress Pauley's Orgasm Denial Program:

Release is only allowed for medical reasons and with Mistress Pauley's approval.

I am allowed to infrequently ask for release but I have never done so. I feel it would be disrespectful to Mistress Pauley. The physial and symbolic point is I am to go without for Mistress Pauley's comfort, satisfaction, pleasure and perhaps amusement. 

Mistress Pauley may offer me release but she has never done so. I am not sure why but it is my job to obey submissively and not question anything Mistress Pauley does.

So those are the rules.

The result is that I am increasingly horny. That arousal leads me to worship Mistress Pauley at deeper levels. It makes me more submissive to Mistress Pauley. It causes me to surprise her more with gifts and tributes.
