Nurturing and Communication

There comes a time when our subs lose their way...get lost. They lose focus on themselves and need to find themselves again. We as their Mistresses must guide them, nurture them and communicate with them. Let them know we are there for them no matter what the circumstances are. That our time with them is crucial to the D/s relationship that we build with them. Making sure they know we are there for them no matter how far apart we are from them, time of day, or communication method. The trust they give us with their personal lives and their thoughts, secrets and desires is an emotional roller coaster for them and they trust us to use that and help them emotionally.
They share their feelings and inner most secrets with us, entrusting us to guide them along their journey to submission. Knowing that we alone understand them as no vanilla person can and do not judge them based on their fetishes and desires. That we accept them for who they are and want to open their minds to their fetishes and desires. Our roles as Mistresses is to teach them that they are unique and build on that relationship that they have entrusted us with. To keep that bond and trust with them as no one people can.
Letting them step out of their comfort zones and try new things but making sure it is done carefully and with 100% honesty and trust. Communication is the key to a long lasting D/s relationship. It helps build a comfort level to show
emotions, fears, and likes. Trusts and bonds are strengthened which are all key to the relationship. Remembering the basics helps keep a comfort level strong, healthy and trusting feeling between the Domme and her sub. Real life problems can take a toll on a sub emotionally and seem complex and tireless. But remember to re-iterate that they are not alone and that is why they came to us in the beginning to guide them, nurture them and strengthen them.
Always remember that the key to any good D/s relationship is that emotional and mental bond that you have with them. Never let them forget that and your bond will grow even stronger.
