Orgasm Denial - One Month

October 15, 2019 marked one month of Mistress Pauley's Orgasm Denial Program. This is after two restarts where I had 17 and 15 months of Orgasm Denial. As stated elsewhere, I have a commitment to Mistress Pauley to go without release for 18 full months...continuously with no "release breaks." So I am disappointed that I do not have about 3 years of Orgasm Denial to offer her.

And yet, the long term Orgasm Denial seems to be working. I am more submissive, more worshipful, more compliant as time goes by, even with the 2 release episodes. I spend more and worry less about where the money is to come from. I am learning to place Mistress Pauley's desires before my own, in a more deeply felt way.
