Orgasm Denial Revisited

I had been under Mistress Pauley's Orgasm Denial Program from September, 2016 to February, 2018, almost 1 1/2 years. But in February, I had a series of minor medical problems, so Orgasm Denial was on hold. While on hold, I became strongly aware of how important Orgasm Denial is to my enslavement to Mistress Pauley and how much I need it.

Now I am on the mend and we are back to Orgasm Denial. The rules are pretty much the same and cover touching and release. I am not to touch or release without Mistress Pauley's permission. I am not to ask for permission to release, but I can talk about Orgasm Denial, how I am benefiting, how appreciative I am and so forth.

I am allowed to ask to touch, but I do not ask very often as the whole point is I am supposed to go without and do so submissively. And I feel it would be disrespectful to Mistress Pauley to be touching all the time.

I will surprise Mistress Pauley each month with a meaningful gift or tribute to thank her for Orgasm Denial and to mark the monthly anniversary. I will also explain why the offering is meaningful, to her and here in findoms.

The one change from before is that if pain comes up, I will discuss with Mistress Pauley right away and try remedies. Release will be the last resort for pain relief.

We will count from May 1, 2018, which is tomorrow. I hope to beat my record of one year and 5 months. Ultimately, the goal is to go without permanently for Mistress Pauley. I am not sure how realistic a goal that is, but we shall see.
