Advice for New Dommes

Firstly to everyone joining the site. Welcome to our family, this site is well loved and respected, and the work which has gone into the upgrade had literally been done single handed by a truly amazing woman. Which is why it is annoying when people cannot follow simple rules, so I will blog this in a way that perhaps it is an oversight by newcomers not bothering to read the blogs they were asked to read when they joined perhaps they were too busy or like a lot of "new"Dommes thought they knew what they were doing. So let's start with common etiquette shall we? Every member has a profile with information this is particularly interesting in the case of subs as it will very CLEARLY state if they are OWNED or perhaps under consideration, in the simplest of terms what this means is DO NOT MESSAGE THIS MEMBER, DO NOT FRIEND REQUEST THEM, MOVE AWAY FROM THE PROFILE. This is the simplest course of action for all concerned. Next as of January 2018 it was made quite clear that this was to be a NO nude site, that means you must have on clothes no matter how artistic you think it is, oh and a string thong does not count, why this should even be an issue seems bizarre to me as any self respecting Domme would NEVER cheapen herself that way anyway??? Unless in your world Domme equates to being a stripper if it does, you are on the wrong site. Posting on the home page of course you are free to type what you like, but here is a tip, directing a comment towards all of the subs calling them all pieces of shit that you now own who don't deserve to breathe unless they buy you an Amazon gift card, is NOT going to win you many friends or fans. Not every sub likes humiliation, or being sworn at, or nastiness, being a Domme does not mean you have to be a foul mouthed bitch all the time. You may appeal to 2% if you are lucky. Try using your brain instead, or a thesaurus once in a while. Just because you are new to the site don't send friend requests to every sub on the site, do you realise how desperate and needy that makes you look? Go into the chat room and actually speak to members then send friend requests. If you are coming onto this site claiming you are a Findom then first you actually need to learn how to dominate, it isn't just about flicking the middle finger and photos of your feet. I have been a Mistress in this lifestyle for over 15 years and still love learning new kinks and fetishes. It is about the control and power, the marriage of D/s dynamics, the ability to spin a web so beautiful and intricate it is both impossible and to irresistible to want leave. But my best advice is involve yourself, come to the chatroom, blog, speak to other Dommes, share your successes and stories. Have fun. Don't struggle alone. Don't ever try and poach another woman's sub, because word soon gets around.
