The importance of honesty and transparency for a slave

I do not write here often but I thought I could contribute a little. I would like to offer a short blog about the importance of honesty and transparency in any relationship, including bdsm.

I believe that these two qualities are essential to build trust and respect.  I consider them like the foundation for any real and genuine relationship.   The lack of those can’t bring you happiness.  Lies and deceptions can bring an immediate relief or pleasure but will never build a wonderful relationship.  Worse, this can jeopardize the trust given to you by someone.  And much worse, this can also destroy lives and create resentment and hate.  I hope that we all want to be better persons everyday.  To do so, honesty and transparency are paramount.  This clearly applies, with no exception, to all of us here in this little bdsm community.  A slave that is offering himself, who wants to serve, who wants to please must be honest with himself and be able to trust and be completely transparent with his or her owner.  I really think that I am the luckiest slave ever!
