Ownership, free agent, or community slut.

This blog was inspired by MistressX's blog. Ownership A Domme does NOT have to own a slave to be a good Domme. A slave does NOT have to be owned to be a good slave. Ownership is a very special bond between a slave, and his/her Domme. A slave can serve multiple Dommes, and still be a good slave. Most owned slaves take alot of time, and attention, if a Domme is busy in RL, and may not have time for that, more power to Her for being honest. Slaves, being owned is a privilege, and is NOT for every slave.

One problem I see ALOT, is "stated" owned boys. Example "He's My owned sub, he just dosen't post it on his profile. How is anyone supposed to know he's owned if it dosen't say so. "He is supposed to be U/C by Me..." then make sure the boys status states this. Frankly, there are not tons of boys WANTING to be owned, so forcing them will NOT make for a loyal slave. If a Domme takes on too many slaves, at one time, some will feel let down, and will have a bad taste in thier mouths. Be responsible, and honest that the needs of both parties are being met, whatever they are agreed too, between the two.

If you have an agreement with a boy who runs, do not expect other Dommes to just take Your word for it. No Domme can own every slave on here, its just not possible.

Ladies, ALWAYS check the profile BEFORE YOU EMAIL/PM it can change in an instant, it will prevent wasted time, and hurt feelings.
Slaves, do NOT be afraid to politely state that you aren't looking for ownership, leading a Domme on can also lead to hurt feelings.
IMO the most important part of this fetish is COMMUNICATION!
